Challenge: 

Wright's label business is sensitive to price pressure, and highly production-driven. Creating thousands of label and tag designs for various consumer categories as well as retail POP, Direct Mail and collateral, Wright needed to find ways of automating input of thousands of text and image options.

Response: 

Bitstream's Pageflex and Storefront products enabled the creation of user-driven and data-driven workflows that output press-ready hi-res PDF and PPML files, from designer's templates.

Result: 

Wright is moving from being a commodity-model print supplier to being a true marketing partner for many of their customers. They've expanded their label business to embrace POP signage, direct mail and collateral for franchise-type systems such as Columbia Floors.
Moving up the marketing ladder is a huge win for Wright.
